Zara invited me to sit on a chair so that she could talk me through the treatment before leaving the room so I could de-robe and get comfortable on the treatment bed, lying face down. My therapist, Zara, met me in the Zen Lounge and led me to one of 17 treatment rooms decorated in pale greys, blues and dark woods – ours had its own shower and loo. A brightly lit vanity bar has everything you need for post-spa preening, including Temple Spa cleanser and moisturiser. There’s also a smaller VIP changing room with aqua painted walls, a loo and a shower. A spa host will provide you with a branded white material bag containing your robe and spa slippers.Ĭhanging rooms have bronze tile-effect wallpaper, cream floor tiling and large wooden lockers operated by a key-code, as well as loos and showers containing Temple Spa shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
